Use of this website and the products and services offered in it are subject to the terms and conditions set out below. Using and purchasing products on our website implies that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Homepage of the website. Continued use of the website implies customer's understanding and acceptance of these modifications.

How to order our products

Orders can be placed online or by calling us on 01926 632 843.

Having placed an order online you will receive two emails. The first mail is a confirmation email which you should receive immediately after your order is placed. If for any unusual reason there is a problem you will be contacted promptly and if your order cannot be met or if there is a delay in dispatch you will be notified. We will not collect any funds until we are ready to dispatch your items. A confirm email does not guarantee that we can meet your order. A second email is sent when funds have been collected to notify you that your order has been dispatched. If you have not received you delivery within 10 days of this email please contact us. For orders shipped overseas please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Prices are as displayed on our website and are in British Pounds. We try to ensure that prices shown on our website are accurate, but they will still need to be validated before your order is processed. If there is a price difference, we will contact you immediately and should you wish to cancel your order, we will refund any money.

Prices displayed are inclusive of VAT but exclude delivery charges where applicable.

Payment

We accept major debit and credit cards or PayPal.
To ensure that shopping online is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted so as to minimise the risk of your details being read by an unauthorised individual as they are sent to us over the Internet.

No contract will exist between Soalvia and the customer until goods are dispatched. Acceptance will be deemed complete and effectively communicated at this time. Ownership of the goods will pass to the customer on dispatch of the goods.

Please be aware that for international deliveries, local import duties may apply.
Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times once receipt of payment has been confirmed. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and security checks.
Whilst we will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our website, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery or for late deliveries as a result of Courier actions which are beyond our control. Please contact us at customerservices@solavia.co.uk as soon as possible if you do not receive your goods within a reasonable time. We will endeavour to get your goods to you as soon as possible or you may cancel your order. You will be refunded once the goods have been returned to us in good order or classified as lost by the Courier Company.
We will attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address stated on your order form. If products are returned to us as undeliverable either because of an incorrect address or because of customer failure to contact the courier company or collect the goods from the depot where requested, we shall refund the price of the products less delivery costs incurred by us in sending out the goods plus any additional costs charged to us by the courier company for returning the goods to us.
If the products we deliver to you are damaged or we have sent you the incorrect goods or quantity, please contact us within seven days of delivery at customerservices@solavia.co.uk. Please do not sign for any packages that you think are damaged or opened.

Refunds

Right of Cancellation


The United Kingdom Consumer Contract Regulations which came into force  on 13 June 2014 provide you with a right to cancel your order for products at any time up to the end of the fourteenth working day following the day after the day on which you received the products. You do not need to give us any reason for cancellation.

Where goods have already been dispatched, they must be returned in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging to the return address shown below. Upon receipt of the goods as described, Solavia will credit the purchaser with the purchase price less any handling charge that may be applicable.  

14 Day Money Back Guarantee

In addition to the above, we also offer a 14 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased an item within the last 14 days and are not happy with it, please email customerservices@solavia.co.uk to receive details of how to make a return. You will need to return the item, unused, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition, to the returns address shown below enclosing your order confirmation and quoting the returns number you have been given.

Once the item has been received and checked, your refund will be processed. We will refund the purchase price. We will use our discretion to refund any postage charges incurred by the buyer.

Damaged Goods

We will take great care to ensure that you receive your goods in perfect condition and that they are in good working order. However, if your goods are damaged or faulty, please email customerservices@solavia.co.uk describing the fault. We will inform you on how to return the goods to us.

You will be asked to return the products to us using an instructed courier and to obtain a proof of consignment certificate. You will be responsible for the goods until they are received by us.

We check all products returned to us. If we do not find the item to be faulty, we may return it to you and you will be liable for postal charges. We will not refund any postage costs incurred on a product we do not consider faulty. We strongly advise that you check the product and instructions carefully before returning it to us.
